An annual fee of $35 per child is payable on enrolment. Below is a list of fees before any rebates are applied.
Before School Care
Hours: 7am-9am
Permanent Booking – $26.50
Casual booking – $30
After School Care
Hours: 3pm-6pm
Permanent Booking – $33.50
Casual booking – $36.50

How do I make a booking?
All booking arrangements are made via the OWNA app.

What do I do if my child is sick or cannot attend?
If your child will be absent, please mark them as absent in the OWNA app prior to midday on the day of the expected absence. Otherwise, please notify the onsite team via the OWNA app’s messaging function.
If you know in advance when holidays will be taken, you can email the office the dates you will be away.
Is food provided during before and after school care?
A delicious breakfast and afternoon tea is provided and designed to suit children’s preferences.
How do I sign my child in and out of Star Club?
Please sign your children into before school care and out of after school care using the OWNA app.
Signing in/out is mandatory.
Staff will sign your child out of before school care and into after school care.
AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT CHILDCARE SUBSIDIES
On 2 July 2018 the Child Care Subsidy replaced the Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate. The Child Care Subsidy is paid directly to services to be passed onto families.
For more information, including on how to apply, please refer to the Department of Human Services website.
Once you have applied through Centrelink and enrol with Star Club, we will help you finalise the documentation needed to ensure any entitlements are received.
