HELPFUL INFORMATION
How do I make a booking?
All bookings, changes or cancellations must be emailed to info@starclubschools.com.au. State your child’s full name, the school they attend, the date(s) and whether it is for before or after school care.
What do I do if my child is sick or cannot attend?
Please email us at info@starclubschools.com.au if your child is unable to attend a booked session. We can then let the Star Club Educators at their school know.
Is food provided during before and after school care?
Due to restricted food preparation spaces, snacks are not provided at Star Club. Children or parents are welcome to drop off afternoon tea to Star Club in the morning to be placed in the designated Star Club refrigerator. This ensures snacks are kept safe and fresh for children to consume after school. In case of emergency and last minute bookings, a limited amount of snack packs may be available for purchase.
Cooking experiences are a regular part of the program so children will have the opportunity to eat what they cook during these sessions.
How do I sign my child in and out of Star Club?
Staff will sign your child in/out digitally on Xplor. Signing in/out is mandatory.
AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT CHILDCARE SUBSIDIES
On 2 July 2018 the Child Care Subsidy replaced the Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate. The Child Care Subsidy is paid directly to services to be passed onto families.

Once you have applied through Centrelink and enrol with Star Club, we will help you finalise the documentation needed to ensure any entitlements are received.
